MOKA Conference for the Blind – Refund Policy

We understand that plans can change. The MOKA Conference for the Blind offers the following refund policy for 2026 conference registrations:

Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
Partial Refund: Cancellations received between April 2 and May 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
No Refunds: After May 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
If you’ve chosen the payment plan option, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. However, any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if requested within the applicable refund period.
No meal tickets will be refunded after April 15.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference committee at debbie@mokacfb.com. Please include your full name, registration confirmation number, and the reason for cancellation.
