Refund Policy
MOKA Conference for the Blind – Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. The MOKA Conference for the Blind offers the following refund policy for 2026 conference registrations:
- Full Refund: Cancellations received on or before April 1, 2026 will receive a 100% refund of the registration fee.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations received between April 2 and May 1, 2026 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
- No Refunds: After May 15, 2026, no refunds will be issued.
- If you’ve chosen the payment plan option, please note that the $50 deposit is non-refundable. However, any additional payments made beyond the deposit will be refunded if requested within the applicable refund period.
- No meal tickets will be refunded after April 15.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the conference committee at debbie@mokacfb.com. Please include your full name, registration confirmation number, and the reason for cancellation.
