Registration is now open. Your full registration rate includes 6 meals (including the fundraising dinner and concert). We will have one lunch out in the community. We are doing this in part to help expand awareness to the Springfield area about the blind community and also to help show support of our host city. We will have some shuttle busses to take us to some local restaurants. More details will be available next year as the conference draws near. This meal is on your own. We have a couple of other options available if you cannot attend the whole conference. We do have a day pass available and that is good for only the exhibit hall as well as the breakout sessions. It does not include the keynote/meal sessions. You can, however, purchase a meal ticket on top of your day pass and choose which keynote session you’d also like to attend.
We are using the Square payment system this year, however, we can also accept PayPal if you’d rather pay that way. Just call or email us. We are also allowing payment arrangements. We understand the expense that these conferences can be to your pocketbook and want to help ease the financial burden on you by allowing you to break up the Full Registration fee up into multiple payments. Be sure to submit the registration form first before clicking on the links to the payment portal on the Square system.
